I have been a patient here for several years and all of a sudden this year they’ve decided that they need to have confirmation for your appointment and if you don’t confirm, they cancel it and give it away to someone else and don’t tell you. Twice now this year the day of my appointment comes and I find out that my appointment has been canceled and given away because they claim they tried to confirm with me and I didn’t confirm. I have received NO calls, texts, emails, or messages at all and the lady on the phone was not at all helpful in figuring this out. All of my contact information is up to date. It happens once, okay maybe it was a mistake. But this is the 2nd time it’s happened now. Then they can’t schedule me again for another 4 months because they’re completely booked. So now it will be 8 months since the last time I was seen and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. No other medical office cancels your appointment without confirmation. Absolutely no regard for people who have to make sure they have the time off work to come in and be seen, and nothing that can be done to be seen sooner after giving my appointment away to someone else. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the quality of service provided. It seems that there is a lack of proper care being shown toward the Spanish-speaking community, which is disappointing considering that many of the employees are also Spanish speakers. I hope that this matter can be addressed to ensure that all individuals are treated with the appropriate level of attention and respect. Thank you for your time.

Horrible service just don’t choose that clinic never ever in your life try unity care or peace health those are a good option I try calling sea mar different times and guess what??they never answer also they can tell you that you can call tomorrow morning doesn’t matter what time and they will schedule an appointment so I called them next morning at 8:30 to hear that they can’t schedule an appointment and I have to call them tomorrow at 7:30 I asked the lady why the other lady didn’t told me that I have to call at 7:30? Also my toddle really needs an appointment cuz of some food allergies that I wanted to know what type of food, SEAM MAR CLINIC IS THE CLINIC THAT DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE

I work nearby and at 4:50 pm on Friday January 9th, 2026 I started having a huge allergic reaction to amoxicillin at work. I have never had an allergic reaction to any medication before and I was terrified. Heart pounding, red as a cherry tomato, swelling, and throat closing. Rushed here and arrived at 5:02 as they were locking the door with many employees inside. A woman with a very heavy accent opened the door and said "we closed at 5:00". I could barely get enough air to speak but managed between gasps to tell her "I am having an allergic reaction to amoxicillin and I can't breath". She said "well, we closed at 5:00 so maybe try the E.R.". I told her I didn't think I would make it there and she said "sorry, we closed at 5:00", closed and locked the door. I arrived at the E.R. with a throat almost closed completely and they immediately administered an epi pen but it took the epi pen, oral steroids, IV steroids, oral antihistamines and IV pepcid for me to be able to actually move air. What makes me angry is I send a lot of my vulnerable clients there as it is close to my work and am horrified at the thought that they have been treated this callously. I will NEVER send a human bei

I can't believe SeaMar Clinic has lost enough funding that they'd resort to taking advantage of my mom — who is elderly, disabled, and low-income. My mom recently moved to a different state, and her new apartment complex needed proof of her disability status. They required documentation from her family doctor. When I contacted SeaMar, instead of simply providing her records, they insisted she return in person. This meant she had to take a 6-hour flight and spend over $500 — just to access her disability records. I was frustrated and raised my concerns with them, and they said the doctor needed to speak with her directly. Two days later, the doctor called and asked if anything had changed or if there were any updates. My mom explained that she only needed her existing records. The entire call lasted under five minutes. A couple of weeks later, we received a bill for $285.85. This is completely unreasonable.
